Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (US, UK, Canada)

International Shipping
We ship to over 40 countries. International delivery typically takes 8–15 business days. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delayed Or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact support@undenihur.com with your order number, and our team will investigate with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Undeni’Hur is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
